Within the assistant console, your scheduling team is able to communicate with you through both email and text message.
Along with sending email requests into Vesper, you can also send a text message to Vesper’s phone number. This phone number is shared with you as soon as you sign up for Vesper and can be used to communicate with your scheduling team during regular business hours.
For example, let’s say you moved your board meeting up a week and need to spend some time preparing.
Shoot a quick text message to Vesper that says something like: "Move all of my meetings next Tuesday."
Vesper will get to work rescheduling all of your meetings that day so you can focus on your board presentation.
